Avoiding probate. Preserving legacies. Protecting California families.
Our Firm
George Law was founded on a simple mission: help California families avoid probate, protect what they've built, and preserve their legacy for the people they love. Christopher George brings a rare combination of transactional depth and litigation experience to every client — whether your needs are planning for the future or fighting to protect your rights in a contested trust matter.
This work is personal. Christopher grew up around estate law — his father William P. George spent decades as a trusted Silicon Valley estate planning attorney, and Christopher worked alongside him before striking out to develop his own litigation expertise. Now at George Law, he does both: the careful planning work that keeps families out of court, and the fierce advocacy required when things go wrong.

Estate Planning & Trust Litigation Attorney · J.D. 2020
"Every client deserves a fierce, loyal advocate — one who takes the time to understand your family, and fights to protect it."
Christopher George
Christopher George is a California trusts, estates, and probate attorney with deep roots in Silicon Valley estate law. He began his career assisting high-net-worth clients with estate planning and trust administration — work centered on preserving legacies, implementing tax-efficient strategies, and keeping families out of court. That foundation remains the core of his practice today.
Estate planning is in Christopher's DNA. His father, William P. George, spent decades as one of Silicon Valley's most respected estate planning attorneys, and Christopher worked alongside him both during college and after law school — learning the craft from the inside out. When Christopher later pursued the litigation side of trusts and estates, he brought that same transactional fluency with him. At George Law, he does both: careful, proactive planning for families who want to protect what they've built, and fierce advocacy when trust disputes or contested probate matters require it.
Christopher earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2020. During law school he clerked at Douglass – Barnes LLP in Los Gatos, where he first developed his passion for trust and probate litigation. He takes immense pride in going above and beyond for every client — whether the matter is a straightforward trust restatement or a hard-fought courtroom battle over a contested estate.
Outside of work, Christopher values balance and personal growth. He enjoys traveling domestically and abroad, staying active outdoors, and spending time near the ocean. He remains deeply committed to the next generation of attorneys — volunteering as a coach and judge for Santa Clara Law's Honors Moot Court competitions.
A Family Tradition
Christopher didn't discover this field in a classroom. He grew up in it — watching his father serve Silicon Valley families with patience, care, and deep expertise for decades. George Law is the next chapter of that story.
William George spent decades as a trusted Silicon Valley estate planning attorney, building lasting relationships with families whose estate planning needs he guided through every stage of life. His practice was built on patience, precision, and genuine care for the people he served. As Bill brings his chapter to a close, the clients and values he built are the direct foundation of George Law.
Christopher learned estate law from his father before earning his J.D. from Santa Clara Law in 2020 and developing his own expertise in trust and probate litigation. At George Law, he brings both disciplines together — the careful transactional planning that protects families before problems arise, and the courtroom experience to fight for them when they do. Same commitment. New practice. Ready to serve the next generation of your family.
